Enjoy a premium Taiwanese hotpot experience at Black Knight Hotpot with their new Autumn Winter seasonal menu. Known for their meats and pastes prepared in-house paired with high quality soup bases, you know that you are in for a treat.

At Black Knight, each hotpot features a rich broth simmered for 16 hours that is free from MSG. These hotpots are available in two sizes, single or double, with various spicy and non-spicy flavors.

Their house signature dish, the Fish Maw Chicken Pot ($58), extracts collagen naturally from a blend of chicken and fish. This pot of creamy goodness includes fish maw, kampung chicken, dry scallops, cordyceps, and other nutritious ingredients known for nourishing the body.

To accompany the meticulously crafted soups, Black Knight Hotpot offers a medley of premium ingredients, prime produce, and live seafood.

The new additions this season include Live Prawns ($12/100g), Prime Short Boneless Rib ($38), Australia Beef Tongue ($28), Japanese Pork Collar ($26) and Japanese Pork Neck ($26) that enhance the soup and tantalize the taste buds.

Classic hotpot ingredients (starting from $6) are also available, including fried bean curd rolls, fried fish skin, fish noodles, quail’s eggs, lobster meatballs, and a variety of meat and fish balls.

These can be paired with fresh greens like Celtuce Slices, Kelp, or Cabbage, as well as premium Enoki Mushrooms for an added earthy dimension.

In addition to their hotpot offerings, Black Knight Hotpot has introduced novel cold appetizers such as Chinese Cucumber Salad ($6) and Six Kinds in Vinegar ($18), a refreshing six-in-one appetizer featuring an assortment of prawns, century egg, organic fungus, cucumber, peanuts and chewy jellyfish head.

To complete the meal, diners can enjoy unlimited sauces, free-flow ice cream, and top it off with a refreshing sour plum iced drink ($8). For the full menu, visit https://www.blackknight.sg/menu
