If you prefer thicker cookies, the Matcha Biscoff ($18) has an extra crunch from crushed biscoff along with a melty speculoos core while the Hojicha Chocolate Chip Cookies ($18) contains sweet chocolate chip folded into a Hojicha cookie infused with gooey hojicha flavour.
