Sake lovers, here’s something to raise a glass to. Sake Meguri 2026 is returning to Singapore this July, bringing together over 20 master brewers from Japan and more than 200 premium sake labels under one roof.

Taking place for one weekend only, the fourth edition of Grand Sake Meguri will be held at Peony Junior Ballroom, Sands Expo & Convention Centre. This also marks the event’s first time at the venue.

Whether you already know your junmai from your daiginjo or are just curious about Japanese sake, the event offers a chance to taste, learn and shop directly from a wide range of Japanese breweries.

Three Sake Tasting Sessions Across One Weekend

Organised by Sake.sg, Sake Meguri 2026 will run across three curated sessions and is expected to welcome more than 1,000 attendees over the weekend.

The sessions are:

Exclusive VIP Session
Friday, 24 July 2026, 5pm to 9pm

General Admission Session 1
Saturday, 25 July 2026, 10am to 2pm

General Admission Session 2
Saturday, 25 July 2026, 3pm to 7pm

Guests can look forward to sampling and purchasing a wide variety of premium sake while meeting brewers and sake experts from Japan. It is a rare opportunity to hear the stories behind the bottles, from brewing techniques to regional styles and flavour profiles.

Over 200 Premium Sake Labels From Japan

This year’s festival features an expanded lineup of breweries, including Katsuyama from Miyagi Prefecture. Returning names include Umenoyado, alongside well-known Japanese brands such as Choya Umeshu, Kirishima Shuzo and Hakkaisan Brewery.

Visitors can expect a broad range of sake styles, from award-winning labels to regional favourites. For those who enjoy Japanese food and culture, this event offers a convenient way to explore different sake-producing regions without flying to Japan.

Event-Only Sake Deals & Surprise Boxes

Beyond tastings, attendees can shop exclusive Sake Meguri-only promotional prices of up to 60% off on selected bottles.

The popular Surprise Box will also return this year, giving guests a chance to uncover specially selected sake offerings and exclusive finds.

There will also be a lucky draw for attendees who spend at least $200 during the event. Prizes include a grand prize from premium yacht experience provider MS Eternity, valued at up to $3,000.

Goodie Bags Worth Over $400 For Attendees

Each attendee will receive a deluxe goodie bag worth over $400, featuring curated products such as small sake bottles and vouchers to Japanese restaurants including Sen-ryo, Uoharu and The CHOYA Ginza Bar.

This adds extra value for those planning to attend, especially if they already enjoy Japanese dining experiences in Singapore.
