Sip Sip Launches New CBD Brunch Menu With Viral French Toast From 20 June

CBD folks looking for a new brunch spot can soon add Sip Sip at 63 Chulia Street to their list.

From 20 June 2026, the cafe-bar will extend its daytime operations to Saturdays, while introducing a refreshed Monday-to-Saturday brunch menu with all items priced under $30. Brunch will be available till 5pm, giving diners more time to enjoy coffee, hearty plates and photo-friendly drinks in the CBD.

Sip Sip Will Open For Saturday Brunch From 20 June

Sip Sip first opened in October last year, serving as a laidback cafe by day before turning into a tapas and wine spot in the evening.

With the new Saturday opening, the CBD venue is now positioning itself as a weekend brunch option too. Operating hours on Saturdays will be 9am to 6pm, while weekday hours start from 8am.

The new menu is helmed by Executive Chef Darrel Woon, who brings more than 18 years of experience across French, Italian and Japanese cuisines.

Try Japan-Inspired Cast Iron French Toast

One of the main highlights is Sip Sip’s new Cast Iron French Toast ($18).

The dish is inspired by a viral French toast from Bread, Espresso & Hakata && in Fukuoka, Japan. Sip Sip’s version uses thick-cut shokupan soaked for 24 hours in house-made vanilla egg custard, before being baked in a hot cast iron skillet.

It is served with unsalted butter, maple syrup and sea salt, making it a rich brunch dish that works for sharing.

There is also a Stack French Toast ($20) for diners who want something more indulgent. This version comes as a triple-stack of French toast with peanut butter between each layer, finished with butter, maple syrup and sea salt.

Brunch Items Include Sandwiches, Tartines & Flatbread

The refreshed brunch menu also includes new savoury items such as the Beef Pastrami Grilled Cheese Sandwich ($24), made with beef pastrami, Emmental cheese, gherkins and mustard on toasted sourdough.

Another new item is the Mortadella Tartine ($17), an open-faced sourdough dish topped with guacamole, stracciatella, sundried tomatoes and hardboiled egg.

Existing brunch options remain on the menu too. These include the Iberico Pork Jowl Flatbread ($23), which features house-made focaccia flatbread, slow-cooked sofrito, Iberico pork jowl, garlic labneh, crispy onions, pickled red onions, poached egg and mesclun salad.

Seafood lovers can consider the Cured Salmon Blinis ($26), served with house-cured salmon, applewood-smoked mentaiko mousse, tobiko, pickled red onions and sunny-side quail eggs.

There is also the Beetroot & Potato Rosti ($28), which comes with smoked salmon, macerated mango cream, poached egg and ikura.

Drinks With Hand-Drawn Art

Sip Sip’s drinks menu includes colourful, photo-friendly creations with hand-drawn cream art.

Options include Tiramisu Matcha ($7.50), Matcha Taro ($8) and Taro Coconut ($8.50). The drinks lean towards dessert-style flavours, with matcha, taro and coconut combinations available for diners who want something beyond regular coffee.

Free Coffee Or Matcha For First 100 Guests On 20 June

To celebrate its Saturday opening, Sip Sip will be offering a complimentary coffee or matcha with every brunch item ordered on 20 June 2026.

The promotion is available for the first 100 guests only. To redeem it, diners must show staff that they follow Sip Sip on Instagram or Facebook at @sipsip.sg. The offer is limited to one redemption per person.

Dinner Menu & Private Rooms Are Also Available

Beyond brunch, Sip Sip also offers all-day dinner items such as Nori Cold Pasta ($22) and Steak Fritez ($30).

The venue also has two private rooms for group gatherings. Off The Record, a KTV room, fits up to 10 guests and has a minimum spend of $500 on Mondays and Tuesdays, or $800 from Wednesdays to Saturdays.

For larger gatherings, The Clubroom can accommodate 25 seated guests or 35 guests in total, with a minimum spend of $3,000 on Mondays and Tuesdays, or $5,000 from Wednesdays to Saturdays.
