If your weekends have been feeling a little too predictable, it’s time to switch things up. Say goodbye to the usual poached eggs and avo toast—Carlitos Brunch Club is here to make your Saturdays and Sundays a whole lot more exciting.

From roasted suckling pig and Spanish charcuterie to squid ink paella, Basque burnt cheesecake, and free-flow sangria, this new brunch experience brings the bold flavours of Spain straight to Joo Chiat. Think long tables, lively conversations, and plates that keep coming—just like a true Spanish gathering.

Carlitos Brunch Club happens every Saturday and Sunday, 11.30am to 3.30pm (two seatings; last order 2.30pm).

What’s New & Why You’ll Love It

This revamped brunch format is all about sharing, indulging, and enjoying your weekend at a slower pace. Whether you’re celebrating the year’s end, catching up with friends, or simply craving something different, Carlitos brings the energy of Barcelona to your table—sunny, vibrant, and wonderfully communal.
