Kai Duck, the iconic duck specialist known for contemporary Cantonese cuisine, is thrilled to celebrate its 6th anniversary alongside Singapore’s SG60. From 16 June to 31 August 2025, diners can indulge in a specially curated menu featuring innovative duck dishes and freshly handmade dim sum at an incredible 60% discount.

Celebrating Two Milestones

Kai Duck has become a beloved name in Singapore, gaining fame for its creative take on traditional Cantonese duck dishes and dim sum. Helmed by celebrated Chef Fung Chi Keung, who boasts over 30 years of culinary experience, Kai Duck has attracted notable guests such as actors Chow Yun Fat, Zhang Ziyi, and Jay Chou. This anniversary promotion is also a tribute to Singapore’s landmark 60th birthday (SG60) celebrated on 9 August 2025.

Exceptional Duck Creations

A highlight of Kai Duck’s anniversary menu is the legendary Roasted Duck, meticulously prepared to achieve perfect crispy skin and juicy meat. Chef Fung insists on using premium Irish ducks, roasting them slowly to ensure every bite is deliciously tender.

Don’t miss the innovative Air Salad Duck Spring Rolls, celebrated for their ultra-crispy, airy exterior and flavorful duck filling.

Another popular dish is the Crispy Onion Duck Tart, a creative adaptation inspired by the traditional Kueh Pie Tee, offering delightful textures with every bite.

Delightful Dim Sum Selection

Kai Duck’s handmade dim sum menu includes creative twists on classics. The Pizza Carrot Cake with Crispy Bacon transforms a traditional dish into a savory, crispy delight topped with creamy mayonnaise and aromatic bacon.

The Baked Pastry with Chinese Ham & Scallion features premium Jin Hua ham encased in flaky, handmade pastry, delivering rich, cultural flavors.

The playful and delicious Yuxiang Eggplant Salted Dumplings mimic miniature eggplants, providing diners with a savory filling of minced pork, salted fish, and eggplant seasoned with traditional Yuxiang spices.

Exclusive Dining Offers

Available Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays), Kai Duck presents attractive dining deals:

  • Lunch: Enjoy 60% off any 1 dim sum item and 1 specialty duck dish.
  • Dinner: Receive 60% off any 1 specialty duck dish.

Additionally, diners can join Kai Duck’s annual membership for just $38, receiving $380 in-store credits instantly. Members can use these credits immediately and enjoy further discounts and loyalty rewards.

A Stylish and Inviting Dining Experience

Situated in the heart of Orchard Road, Kai Duck offers a sophisticated yet relaxed dining environment.
