Meadesmoore introduces the Dirty Rossini Burger ($58++), a sophisticated twist on the classic burger designed to impress Dad. The highlight is a juicy, 23-day dry-aged wagyu patty (180g), offering intense beefy flavors and buttery tenderness. The burger is elevated with seared foie gras, providing a rich, velvety touch.
The patty is generously coated in a sumptuous bordelaise sauce, deepened with luxurious red wine jus. Adding to this indulgence is an exquisite truffle cheese fondue. Crafted from grana padano, fior di latte, and stilton, it brings bold savory notes, perfectly harmonizing with house-made caramelised onion jam, meticulously cooked for over an hour to achieve its sweet depth.
Accompanied by crispy shoestring fries and fresh Boston gem lettuce, this meal is both satisfying and gourmet. Meadesmoore will be open specially for Father’s Day on Sunday, 15 June, from 11:30am – 3pm and 5:30pm – 10pm. Diners can enjoy this exclusive dish for dine-in or opt for delivery.

Fat Belly (FBG) offers a Father’s Day feast fit for a king with Little Joe’s Grass-Fed Tomahawk ($188++). Sourced from the lush pastures of New South Wales, Australia, this impressive 1kg steak is perfectly portioned for 2-3 people. Renowned for its exceptional tenderness and naturally robust beefy flavor, the steak’s marbling is beautifully balanced, providing a luxurious texture with each bite.
Expertly grilled over charcoal embers, the steak achieves a smoky aroma that enhances its natural flavors. It is served alongside a classic Diane mushroom sauce, combining earthy mushrooms and a subtle tang from mustard. Creamy and rich, this sauce complements the steak wonderfully, enhancing every bite.
