Beloved café Great Nanyang Heritage Café has just opened its latest outlet at Changi City Point. Known for its classic Nanyang-style dishes and nostalgic kopitiam vibe, the café now brings a fresh, industrial-themed look to the east.

Great Nanyang’s newest location combines retro charm with industrial style. The design features metallic walls, rustic wooden furniture, and vintage decorations reminiscent of old-school hardware shops. It offers an Instagram-friendly space perfect for relaxing over coffee and comfort food.

At Great Nanyang Changi City Point, customers can enjoy popular dishes like the Signature Hainanese Chicken Cutlet ($15.90). Founder Keith Kang personally developed this special chicken chop after tasting over 20 versions around Singapore. The unique sauce includes premium butter and pandan leaves.
Another highlight is the Chicken Berempah Leg Nasi Lemak Kukus ($8.90). This dish includes fluffy basmati rice steamed in coconut milk, spicy homemade sambal, and flavorful marinated chicken.
Don’t miss the café’s famous Kaya Butter Toast, available in traditional ($2.70), thick ($3), and wholemeal ($3.50) varieties. Freshly baked bread, homemade kaya, and premium butter make this a simple yet delightful treat.

Fans can also enjoy steamed buns like the Mashed Taro Steam Bun ($4.80) and Otak-Otak Steam Bun ($4.80). The café’s Penang White Curry Noodle ($8.90) features a creamy coconut broth with prawns, beansprouts, fish balls, and tau pok, enhanced with flavorful curry paste.
Another recommended dish is the Nanyang Style Dry Curry Prawn ($18), featuring fresh prawns wok-fried in spicy curry sauce, perfect with steamed rice.
