Love Vietnamese food? Paper Rice at Changi City Point is back, better than ever! It has a fresh new look and tasty new dishes. Enjoy meals starting at just $8.90, made by a real Vietnamese chef.

A Taste from All Over Vietnam

Paper Rice brings dishes from over 15 cities in Vietnam. The restaurant’s theme comes from Vietnam’s famous riverboats. These boats represent the traditions and life of the Vietnamese people. Just like the boats, the restaurant brings together delicious dishes from different parts of Vietnam.

Special Dishes at Changi City Point

Don’t miss the special dishes only available at Changi City Point:

  • Hand Pulled Spring Chicken ($20.90): Grilled chicken that’s tender enough to tear by hand. Served with fresh veggies and spicy green chilli sauce.

  • Deep Fried Seabass with Spicy Tamarind Sauce ($23.90): Crispy sea bass served with vegetables, noodles, and a tangy tamarind sauce.

Yummy Starters

Start your meal with mouth-watering appetizers:

  • Stir-Fried Half-Shell Cockles in Tamarind ($15.90): Juicy cockles cooked with garlic, laksa leaves, and peanuts.
  • Spring Roll Platter ($22.90): Fresh spring rolls with prawns, mushrooms, chicken, and veggies.
  • Hue Minced Pork Lemongrass Skewers ($11.90): Grilled pork skewers served on fresh lettuce with peanut sauce.
