Hawkerman Street Kitchen has joined forces with acclaimed Chef Eric Low, Singapore’s celebrated expert in Teochew cuisine. Together, they are introducing six regional dishes that pay homage to Singapore’s diverse culinary heritage.
Chef Eric Low, with over 35 years of experience, is renowned for his commitment to preserving and innovating Singaporean and Teochew culinary traditions. He has authored six cookbooks, three of which—A Blessed Reunion, Teochew Heritage Cooking, and The Little Teochew Cookbook—have won accolades at the prestigious World Gourmand Cookbook Awards.
This exclusive lineup highlights beloved Teochew street food that will debut across all three Hawkerman Street Kitchen outlets—at Kedai Kopi in Clementi, Ang Mo Kio, and Haig Road—starting 19 December 2024.

Look forward to dishes like Chye Poh Kway Teow and Oyster Omelette, alongside Nonya classics such as Dry Mee Siam and Dry Laksa. Additionally, diners can savour Penang-inspired dishes like Assam Laksa and Mee Jawa Goreng.
To make this unique dining experience accessible, the six dishes will be offered at an affordable price of $5 nett. This initiative underscores Hawkerman’s mission to promote inclusivity and accessibility while inviting diners to explore the vibrant flavors of Singapore and the surrounding regions.
