At the core of the Beef Wellington is a tender Black Angus Tenderloin MB3, wrapped in a smoky layer of Beef Bresaola, generously coated in a Mixed Mushroom Duxelle. The tenderloin is then enveloped in a flaky, buttery pastry, offering a delightful texture contrast to the juicy filling.
For sides choose from a selection of Roasted Garlic, Sautéed Mushrooms, Truffle Fries, Sautéed Asparagus and others to pair with Steak Butter, Chimichurri, Pepper or Mushroom Sauce.
