As autumn approaches, Shaburi & Kintan Buffet at Jem celebrates the season with an exquisite culinary experience, offering two exclusive seasonal buffet courses: the Autumn Premium Pork Shabu Buffet and the Autumn Premium Pork Kintan Buffet. Running from 11th September to 30th November, these limited-edition menus bring the best of Europe and Japan to Singaporean diners with luxurious ingredients, including Mangalica pork from Hungary and Iberico pork from Spain.
Autumn Premium Pork Shabu Buffet – From $39.80++
The Mangalica Pork, often hailed as the “Kobe Beef” of pork, takes center stage in this shabu-shabu course. Sourced from Hungary, this prized pork is renowned for its rich fat content, buttery texture, and unparalleled flavour. Gently simmered in hot broth, the thin slices of pork belly deliver a melt-in-your-mouth experience, accentuated by its high concentration of heart-healthy monounsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. This premium pork not only provides a delicious indulgence but is also naturally low in cholesterol, making it both decadent and nutritious.
Autumn Premium Pork Kintan Buffet – From $43.80++
For yakiniku lovers, the Autumn Premium Pork Kintan Buffet offers an impressive selection of Iberico Pork cuts, including pork skirt, belly, jowl, and collar. Iberico pork, famous for its tender texture and nutty sweetness, is sourced from Spain, where the pigs are fed a unique acorn-rich diet. When grilled, these cuts retain their juicy and succulent qualities, creating a flavourful bite in every piece.
Complement your pork dishes with a Premium Assorted Mushroom medley, grilled with garlic butter shoyu, or try the Maple Butter Yaki Imo—a decadent combination of Japanese sweet potato, butter, and maple syrup—served in foil cups and perfect with a side of soft serve ice cream.
