With inflation making it more challenging to find affordable and healthy food, Harry’s has introduced new food and drink options. This new section of the menu, called “On the Lighter Side,” offers meals with minimal salt and sugar, using healthier cooking techniques like steaming and roasting, and features fresh greens and brown rice.
One highlight is the Pan Seared Salmon ($22++), which is steamed and served with green vegetables, brown rice, and house-made pesto sauce.
The Roasted Chicken Roulade ($23++) comes with steamed greens, sweet potatoes, and Harry’s chimichurri sauce.
The Harry’s Jazz Burger – Remastered ($22++) features a grass-fed beef patty with lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, mushrooms, jalapeño cheese sauce, and a brioche bun.
Another recommended dish is the Surfer’s Aglio Olio ($22++), cooked al dente and tossed with seaweed, olive oil, furikake, garlic, chilli, and fresh tiger prawns.
Harry’s has also added more gluten-free and vegetarian meals to the menu. The Baba Ghanoush ($12++) is now healthier, served with cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, and Harry’s house-made dip.
The Greens with Pesto Pasta ($20++) is packed with green beans, broccoli, sugar snap peas, and more.
Daily lunch specials allow you to try these new dishes for just $14.99++, including a drink of choice.
Harry’s has also invested in healthier drink options using natural sugar, such as Not So Old Fashioned ($19++) and Stormy Tears ($17++). They also offer low-carb beers like Pure Blonde and Heineken.
