Ducking Good specialises in a variety of duck-based dishes. Adding on to their extensive duck repertoire, the restaurant has now debut their first-ever duck kut teh served with XXL you tiao alongside a series of claypot dishes offering a fresh and innovative culinary experience.
The Duck Kut Teh (Single $9.90++, Double $18.90++) is a unique twist on the widely known bak kut teh. The peppery soup, infused with herbs and spices, is simmered for hours to develop its rich flavour.
Instead of the usual pork ribs, it features a whole duck leg topped with garlic bits. Accompanying the dish is an XXL You Tiao, a staple in bak kut teh, now even longer and better.
Other new claypot items include the Claypot Mala Duck with Vermicelli ($9.90++) for those who love spice. This dish features hot and numbing mala flavours paired with duck.
The Salted Duck Mustard Soup (Single $9.90++, Double $18.90++) has been upgraded with slow-cooked whole duck legs and is served piping hot in a claypot for an umami explosion in every bite.
New sides will accompany the new dishes, including Stir-Fry Claypot Ladyfingers ($9.90++) with wok hei, Crispy Floss Eggplant ($9.90++), and the Ngoh Hiang Platter ($13.90++), which features prawn fritters, fish ngoh hiang, and fried fish beancurd.
Located in Geylang, Ducking Good also offers a Happy Hour with draft beers, red and white wines at $9.90++ per pint or glass all day, every day.
For the duck lovers out there, whether you like them roasted, braised, salted, fried, spiced or more, visit Ducking Good for the best spot in town to try all things duck today!
