IPPUDO is set to delight ramen enthusiasts everywhere with its 2024 Grand Menu, featuring a variety of new ramen and rice dishes, sides, and desserts to complement its signature offerings.
Launching on 1 June 2024, the new menu invites diners to experience IPPUDO like never before alongside new plant-based options for a more inclusive dining experience. Ramen lovers can look forward to a host of new iterations:
- Chikara Tonkotsu ($22.00): A new take on the signature Shiromaru Ramen, featuring homemade thin noodles in IPPUDO’s signature tonkotsu broth, topped with pork belly chashu, menma, spring onion, half a marinated egg, naruto and seaweed.
- Yokohama Shoyu ($19.00): Combines an umami shoyu base with IPPUDO’s original creamy tonkotsu broth, served with original flat noodles, pork belly chashu, menma, spinach, naruto and seaweed.
- Plant Miso ($19.00): Blends IPPUDO’s original miso base with a plant-based broth, served with hand-pressed wavy noodles, pork belly chashu, corn, spinach, naruto, and seaweed.
- Nirvana NY ($18.00): Features plant-based soup with hand-pressed wavy noodles, topped with grilled eggplant chashu, enoki tempura, spring onion, savory grated carrots, and a drizzle of onion oil.
- Wadashi Vege ($18.00): A bowl of wholegrain ramen in a smooth dashi broth prepared from porcini mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and kelp, finished with tamago, menma, daikon, radish, sprouts, and leek.
Also available on the menu is a series of rice and side dishes which include:
- Karaage Rice ($10.00): IPPUDO’s signature deep-fried chicken breaded with original garlic panko, served on rice with sweet sauce, mayonnaise, and spring onion.
- Chashu Rice ($10.00): Fluffy rice topped with IPPUDO’s original pork belly chashu marinated in house special chashu sauce, grilled to smoky goodness, and garnished with kinshi tamago, mayonnaise and spring onions.
- Teba Kara (Spicy Chicken) ($10.00): Crispy and juicy chicken wings coated with a homemade spicy gekikara sauce, featuring Sichuan pepper and chives.
- Teppan Beef Steak ($22.00): Tender grilled steak cubes glazed in original teppan sauce, served with pan-seared cabbage, garlic mayo and chopped parsley.
Additionally, BAR IPPUDO at Mohamed Sultan, Shaw Centre, i12 Katong, and One Holland Village will introduce an array of delectable bar snacks.
- Fried Brussel Sprout Typhoon Shelter ($6.00): Brussels sprouts fried into crunchy bites with original anchovy sauce and garlic panko.
- Chashu Pulled Pork ($8.00): Shredded and pulled IPPUDO’s signature pork chashu, mixed with honey mustard mayo sauce, served with gyoza chips.
- Pork Chashu Shumai ($6.00): Homemade shumai made from IPPUDO’s pork chashu, topped with tomato paste, served with spicy Ra-yu and sesame sauce.
- Hotate Fried Spring Roll ($8.00): Scallop-filled crispy rolls, dusted with pecorino cheese, served with homemade yuzu kosho for a zesty kick.
- Chestnut Frits ($10.00): Chestnut slices fried into golden chips with a tempura coating, fragranced with a houseblend salt.
- Mentai Mac N’ Cheese ($10.00): Macaroni and cheese sizzled on a hot teppan plate, topped with mentaiko for buttery richness.
