Café Usagi TOKYO is unveiling their latest creation: the Mochi Waffle ($9.90), topped with charming rabbit-shaped madeleines. Each bite promises a delightful blend of chewy mochi and crispy waffle, offering a tantalizing mix of textures.
The new series is available in four delectable flavours—coffee, matcha, coconut, and chocolate. For coffee lovers, the mochi waffle experience can be elevated with a shot of affogato over the coffee-infused mochi waffle. For an extra indulgence, add a scoop of their signature handcrafted ice cream (+6.00).
Another delight is the Yuzu Rabbit Cake ($9.80) which is a petite yet flavourful cheesecake with a refreshing hint of yuzu, resting atop a graham cracker crust.
Fans of Handmade Daifuku Fruit Mochi ($5.50-$8.80) will rejoice at the introduction of new flavours, including strawberry, shine muscat, orange, and kiwi, perfectly complementing the soft mochi texture with bursts of fruity goodness.
Indulge further with Café Usagi’s Ice Cream Parfaits ($13.50-$17.50), available in strawberry, matcha, and hojicha flavours, featuring layers of ice cream, mochi, azuki beans, granola, and jelly for a symphony of tastes and textures.
