Imported specifically from Aichi Prefecture, the Shiro Mirugai, or geoduck, is an oceanic delicacy that guarantees freshness and a complex flavour profile of briny and sweet notes.
Its firm and crunchy texture provides a satisfying mouthfeel, and the Shiro Mirugai Sashimi ($20.80) is presented in its natural state for patrons to savour its inherent goodness.
Another notable feature is the grain-fed wagyu that has earned accolades, including the title of “World’s Best Grain-fed Steak” at the prestigious 2023 World Steak Challenge.
Jack’s Creek wagyu is known for its exquisite marbling, incredible juiciness, and melt-in-the-mouth texture. The Jack’s Creek Wagyu Don ($29.80) is a must-try, featuring striploin pan-fried to a beautiful crust, complemented by salmon roe and mushroom.
Seafood enthusiasts will be delighted by the inclusion of familiar favorites such as zuwaigani and slipper lobster in the winter menu.
The Zuwaigani Mentai Sushi ($12.80) showcases juicy snow crab leg atop vinegared sushi rice, adorned with cod roe mayonnaise and flying fish roe for a delightful umami experience.
Additionally, the Double Ebi Roll ($13.80) offers a tempting lineup of deep-fried prawn sushi topped with prawn and yuzu mayonnaise.
For a heartwarming dish, the Slipper Lobster Nabe ($20.80) presents the namesake ingredient swimming alongside mushroom, tofu, and vegetables in a delectable crab dashi miso soup base.
Pair it with the Tori Tsukune ($12.80), delightful skewered meatballs charred to a smoky finish and coated in a savoury-sweet sauce, boasting a soft and bouncy texture.
To complement the meal, patrons can enjoy the invigorating Fizzberry Yuzu Mocktail ($6.80), a fusion of sprite, raspberry, and yuzu. The cocktail version ($7.80) includes the addition of sake.
