Made with meticulously selected and prepared ingredients such as handmade mee kia egg noodles, tender pork liver, flavourful sole fish meatballs, a secret-marinated pork cake and more, expect a symphony of tastes in every bowl.

The option to customize noodles and additional choices like Mee Pok, Kway Teow, Mee Tai Mak, or Rice is also available to cater to individual preferences.

With menu options starting from $3.20, Cuo Cuo You Yu offers a variety of choices to suit every palate. Check out their menu here:

Other than Bak Chor Mee, Cuo Cuo You Yu also offers fish soups on the menu. Following customers’ requests for healthier options, all fish soup items will be reintroduced from December 2023 onwards with spinach added in.

Signature Bak Chor Mee Dry

Their Signature Bak Chor Mee (Dry, $6.20) showcases the classic Teochew-style dish, harmonizing al-dente noodles and tender meat with a special chili blend.

Paired with a robust and flavourful soup chokeful of ingredients, this dish offers the best of both worlds if you prefer both dry and soup options in one sitting.

You can also opt for the Supreme Bak Chor Mee (Dry, $7.20) that comes with more ingredients and the addition of their specially made pork cake (similar to deli ham) for a more filling meal.

Sambal Ho Liao ($4.50)

The Handmade Fishball Noodle Soup ($5) and Yuan Yang Noodle Soup ($5) provide delightful variations, while Sambal Ho Liao ($4.50) comes with a slice of pork cake, pork liver, sliced meat and solefish meatballs that caters to those with voracious appetites if you think a portion of their noodles is not enough.

Gan Lao Noodles

Other options to choose from include their Gan Lao Noodles ($5) alongside healthier and budget meals like Minced Meat Kway Teow ($3.20) to cater for different tastebuds for the whole family.

Available at stalls within Kopitiam at 108 Punggol, AMK Hub, Kang Kar Mall, PLQ, Tiong Bahru Plaza and Northpoint City (opening in early Dec’23), make a visit to one of their outlets to try it out for yourself today!

Note: To maintain quality and value, Cuo Cuo You Yu will be gradually adjusting menu prices across all outlets from early December 2023.
