Familiar favorites from their United Square outpost’s menu, such as their Signature Seafood Crispy “Chao Ta” Beehoon ($10.80) is a delightful blend of crispy beehoon, cooked to perfection and left to crisp in the wok, imparting a smoky wok hei that lingers with each bite.
The beloved classic, Signature Yellow Wine Chicken in Claypot ($16.80) is made from a whole chicken and specially aged yellow rice wine or opt for the robust Spinach & Clams in Broth ($12.80) that combines the earthiness of spinach with the sweetness of succulent clams in a clear umami broth.
If you are up to try some new dishes, the expanded menu introduces unconventional yet delectable dishes with distinct flavour profiles.
Try their aromatic Clams with Curry Leaves ($12.80) that use a “dry-frying” technique to ensure a concentrated burst of flavours for a delightful combination of plump, briny clams and bold curry notes.
Marrying the tender sweetness of pumpkin with the savoury richness of salted egg yolk sauce, the Crispy Sliced Pumpkin with Salted Egg ($10.80) is an irresistible dish fried to golden perfection, offering a satisfying crunch.
Other options include Mongolian Prawns Stir-Fry ($16.80) made with a harmonious blend of rich hoisin sauce, brown sugar, fragrant sesame oil, ginger and garlic or go for the Tri-colour Steamed Egg with Special Light Sauce ($8.80) for a soothing bowl of comfort.
