Le Matin Patisserie launched its long-awaited delivery service since the 1 July 2023, where customers can enjoy its sweet cakes and bakes as well as savoury specialties in the comfort of their own homes

Place your orders fast as only a select variety of items are available, limited to a specific number of orders daily. This is done so as to ensure that all pastries delivered meets Le Matin Patisserie’s stringent standards and quality.

In line with keeping the quality of its delivered orders, Le Matin Patisserie is keeping its online menu succinct with only four pastry box options and a handful of tarts, special occasion petit gateau and bottled kombucha.

- Grand Matin Sweet Box ($38) – This box goes back to basics with five of its best-selling viennoiseries – the Kouign Aman, Pain Au Chocolat, Pistachio & Rose Escargot, Almond Croissant and Croissant – each hand-crafted and baked fresh every morning.
- Grand Matin Savoury Box ($58) – This box brings four pastries – the Escargot Escargot, Fermented Mushroom Quiche, Lamb & Red Wine Pie and Wagyu & Bone Marrow Sausage Roll – for a pastry box worthy of a meal on its own.
- Grand Matin Cake Box ($49) – This box will meet all your sweet cravings with a Chocolate Éclair, a Roasted Hay & Pecan Tart and two cakes, the Chestnut & Cacao and Pistachio Textures.
- Kouign Amann Box ($49) – Delight in a bundle of six of the sourdough-based pastries generously layered with butter and caramelised sugar then laced with vanilla and molasses.

- Kombu Tart ($38 for 4-inch, $68 for 7-inch) – A sweet and savoury delight of cardamom sticky toffee fragranced with crystallised ginger and buttery lemongrass curd, encased in a tart shell of Japanese kombu.
- Roasted Hay & Pecan Tart ($28 for 4-inch, $58 for 7-inch) – A rich pecan frangipane laced with hay butter before topped with brown butter pecans glazed with maple-infused coffee in a pecan and almond tart base.

- Peaches & Honey ($68) – A blush pink delight of a cake in the shape of a heart made of Alps flower honey with luxurious layers ofmascarpone mousse, vanilla genoise and a decadent whipped honey ganache, embellishedwith pops of peach, pomelo and raspberry.
(Kombucha)
- Pine, Pear & Elderflower ($19) – Lends crispness to its green tea kombucha with flavours of preserved pine needles fermented over a couple of weeks with pear and elderflower.
- Red Berries & Roses ($19) – Extracts the sweetness of red berries and fresh roses from a special fermentation process to add to a rooibos tea kombucha.
- Sweet Potato & Saffron ($19) – There are maple flavours of steamed sweet potatoes and saffron fermented in a house-brewed black tea kombucha.
