Kanada-Ya, voted London’s No. 1 ramen chain, needs no introduction to ramen fans throughout the world as they are notably known for their Signature Truffle Ramen. Moreover, Mentaiko Gyoza or pan-fried dumplings is available as well. Each dumpling comes with juicy pork filling and was blanketed in a thick layer of men  taiko torched right before serving. The smooth mentaiko sauce contains actual mentaiko to create a contrast in textures and adds a rich burst of flavour to the pork gyoza which makes the dish unique and intriguing.
