Working hand in hand with Crab & Burger, enjoy a Crab Omelette or Prawn Paste Chicken Burger alongside refreshing tea and fruit-based hand shaken beverages when you visit Orchard Central (#02-24) from now till 25th Jan 2023!
As the ex-head Chef of Burger & Lobster, Chef Nathaniel Jodin started Crab & Burger in partnership with House of Seafood in Mid-2022 to bring their own unique take on burgers to our local food paradise. Usually operating via a cloud kitchen concept, the delivery only business will now be selling selected items from their menu at Don’t Yell At Me’s shop in Orchard Central (#02-24) to bring their delicious food closer to their customers.
With a variety of globally inspired comfort foods that anyone can easily eat and like, go on a gastronomic journey with the Crab Omelette Breakfast Burger ($16)*. Made with real crab meat and enveloped in a fluffy egg omelette, the burger is served with chilli jam, tomato slices and lettuce on toasted brioche buns.
With a nice firm bite of the buns in contrast to the soft and custard-y omelette, the taste of the crab meat shines through without a hint of fishiness. The chilli jam and tomatoes also add a nice touch of tanginess that enhances the burger as a whole.
Great for sharing if you visit with friends is the C&B Fries ($8)* that sees shoestring fries served with chilli crab sauce and real crab meat! If you have tried House of Seafood’s chilli crab before, the chilli crab sauce here is just as good in our opinion with a tangy and a slight spicy kick. Best consumed hot, we are sure that you would polish this off in no time.
Skip the usual soft drink and pair your crab burger with a Osmanthus Chrysanthemum ($4.80) or fruit-based drink for a floral and fruity concoction to cure any “jelak”-ness. With various options to choose from at Don’t Yell At Me, you can also choose to have your food or light bites with their all-time favorite Winter Melon Chrysanthemum Tea ($4.30), Osmanthus Thé Au Lait ($5.80) and more!
Other food options available include Dont Yell At Me’s light bites which includes Mala Fries ($5.80), Classic Nuggets ($5.80) or if you are feeling extra hungry, Crab & Burger’s Chao Chicken Burger ($13)* lets you enjoy a prawn paste marinated chicken thigh slathered in calamansi mayo that is juicy and exploding with flavour.
