Available in limited servings daily, try the new Truffle Mazesoba that’s concocted with an in-house truffle paste alongside Truffle Fries and Truffle Gyoza drizzled with truffle mayo at any of their outlets near you!
The Truffle Mazesoba ($19.90) comes with a thick and firm noodle that holds the specially concocted in-house truffle paste well. Served with an onsen egg, fried shallots, green onions, seaweed and two thick slabs of chashu, mix this dish while hot to enjoy a wonderful contrast of flavours with notes of black truffle fragrance.
The Signature Truffle Ramen ($22.90) needs no introduction and has the same prized earthiness to take the flavours further up a notch while delivering more on the truffle aspect that is infused in the pork bone broth that is thick, rich and creamy.
Looking for some sides to share? The Truffle Gyoza ($8.90) serves juicy dumplings of pan-fried gyoza with a special drizzling of truffle mayo to intensify the game. Tasty on its own, we recommend skipping out on the soy sauce to better enjoy the light and earthy truffle mayo or add on some Truffle Fries ($7.90) to munch on.
