Jurong Hill Park
Many people come here for the panoramic views from the top of the hill, despite the fact that this park is still rather hidden in the Jurong neighbourhood. Begin your ascent from Jurong Bird Park (you can alternatively drive up) to the iconic lookout tower. A ‘garden of renown’ is located within the park and is named for the numerous trees planted by visiting foreign dignitaries.

JEM
JEM is the city’s third largest suburban retail centre, rivaling the malls along Orchard Road. With its six stories, it includes a variety of stores ranging from fashion and cosmetics to technology and homeware. It now has Singapore’s largest Don Don Donki, with two entire levels of hot Japanese food, fresh produce, snacks, and lifestyle and beauty products. Furthermore, there’s no need to go anywhere else for last-minute shopping with stores like H&M, Uniqlo, Love Bonito, Muji, and even Fairprice Xtra within its premises.

Here are some suggestions for activities to do while visiting Jurong. Enjoy window shopping, eating, wandering, and simply taking in the sights. I recommend all the East-ies to visit the West once in a while to see what Jurong has to offer.
