Aged in new charred American White Oak barrels, Maker’s Mark is sweet and balanced with vanilla and caramel notes. With delicious food pairings and cocktails to look forward to, start your exciting foray into winter with premium bourbon whisky.
1) Timbre X S.E.A
Timbre X S.E.A features four dishes crafted with alcohol such as the Bebek Penyek with Orange Butter Whisky Sauce ($28++) that adds a unique addition of whisky to an Indonesian style of cooking.
The Parpadelle Al Whisky ($24++) on the other hand features pasta tossed in a rich tomato sauce imbued with whisky and served with grilled tiger prawn.
For a true festive delight, try the Turkey Calderetta ($26++) that has braised turkey breast with an aromatic garni served with a torched green chilli or round up the meal with the Choc Lava Flambe ($16++) for a spectacular fireshow!
If you prefer drinks to go with your food, the Holiday Old Fashioned ($14++) is crafted with home-made maple and gula melaka syrup while the Loretto’s Sunset Spice ($14++) pays homage to Loretto, the home of Maker’s Mark.
You can also try the Mistletoe Mint ($14++) or the Good Tidings Shooter (6 shots at $38++) which are delicious cocktail shots sprinkled with crushed candy cane.

2) Meatsmith
Looking to drink across town? Meatsmith presents six cocktails ($18++ each) that are made with Maker’s Mark across its two outlets in Little India and Telok Ayer.
At Meatsmith Little India, the Festive Old Fashioned sees bergamot aromas of earl grey and earthy notes of cinnamon open up to the caramel flavours of the bourbon whisky. The Chamomile Highball has soothing floral aromas and vanilla while the Coffee Boulevardier, is a 1920s whisky classic with a twist.
At Meatsmith Telok Ayer, fruity cocktails take centerstage with the Surprise Swizzle that has strawberry and grapefruit mixed with bourbon whisky while the Indecent Elevation, sees maple and cinnamon coming together for a festive take on a classic whisky sour.

3) Butcher Boy
For more food and whisky cocktail pairing, the Butcher Boy offers a Maker’s Maple Sweet Potato ($12++) that sees fried spiced sweet potatoes glazed with maple and whisky and a Maker’s Mark Pork Ribs ($24++) for a twist on coffee pork ribs with whisky coffee espuma.
Pair them with the Adam’s Apple ($24++) and delight in the warm flavours of vanilla and caramel or indulge in the Forbidden Fruit ($24++), where fresh aromas of herbs and citrus reveal notes of caramel and warm fruits.

4) Andaz
For those with a sweet tooth, the decadent Whisky Mud Cake ($36++) is made with rich Valrhona dark chocolate and studded generously with Maker’s Mark-infused cherries and toasted walnuts. The cake encases a lusciously creamy salted butterscotch core, feeds 4-6 pax and will comes with a pair of Maker’s Mark Christmas Socks.

From now till 27 December 2021, indulge in three festive cocktails at Komyuniti Bar & Restaurant, all at $18++. Make Santa Happy showcases caramel and vanilla notes which are uplifted by the effervescence of fragrant peach tea and bright fruity flavours from mint and cranberry while the Merry Cherry Sour is a festive twist on a classic whisky sour.
Lastly, butterscotch and caramel notes take centerstage in Knock Nogg. Enjoy these festive flavours that reveal a creamy chocolatey sweetness.
From 24-27 December 2021, Komyuniti has a special 3-course set menu at $68++, with each course paired with a specially-crafted Maker’s Mark cocktail. 7) Escape Restaurant (One Farrer)
Keeping things niche, Escape Restaurant at One Farrer Hotel brings two Maker’s Mark cocktails to usher in Christmas and its festivities. Enjoy the classic Maker’s Old Fashioned ($12++) or the Maker’s New Fashioned ($12++), that are enhanced by the natural sweetness of honey and the herbaceous notes of rosemary.
