With seasonal dishes such as Cured Tuna, Roasted Turkey, Pumpkin Risotto, Smoked Duck and Kebe (meatless option), you will be spoilt for choice.
With the choice of starter and main, the 2-course meal will start from S$22.80++ (U.P. S$45.60++). If you would like to add on an additional side, the 3-course meal will start from S$29.80++ (U.P. S$59.60++) and is available all day from Monday – Thursday.
With a plethora of grilled meats and seafoods and a choice of 5 types of firewood – Jarrah, Hickory, Oak, Cherry, Applewood, each firewood will give off different char and smokiness, which adds another dimension to the palate.

For those who prefer their starters cold, the Cured Tuna sees raw tuna being marinated with sake shoyu mirin, then garnished with roasted wakame (seaweed). Relish the umami flavour of this offering!
If tuna isn’t your thing, the OG fragrant Altamura Bread & Dip, is flown in specially from Italy and perfectly paired with house-made hummus that is seasoned with garlic, cumin, paprika and Harrisa French chili paste.
Ringing in the festive seasons is the Roasted Turkey that is marinated with a blend of thyme, rosemary and juniper berries, and sous vide for 30 minutes to achieve a tender and juicy texture. Served with shimeji mushrooms and truffle jus, this is turkey for the ultimate indulgence.
Enjoy the Pumpkin Risotto that is rich in flavour with a sprinkle of Feta cheese and tangy pomegranate that will cut through the richness of the overall dish while delighting your tastebuds.
Another main dish to look forward to is the Smoked Duck that has a beautifully seared crust. Paired with couscous and garlic sprouts, the meat is served with a balsamic reduction that consists of rehydrated dried cranberries and balsamic vinegar that has been cooked over low heat.
If the starters and mains do not fill you up, an additional side of Kebe sees a baked offering with a plant-based filing served atop a bed of yoghurt base and diced Roma tomatoes. Its flavour is rich with the generous amount of Mediterranean spices including garlic and pine nut.
