A beef option to consider is the Red Wine Beef Stew (S$68.80) that is tender and stewed for over four hours with aged robust red wine. The beef is incredibly tender and flavourful! Each of these two offerings will come with a pot for easy handling.
Don’t look down on the Christmas Spiced Roast Chicken (S$56.80), which is marinated with six different herbs and spices for flavourful and tender meat. Serve it with the house-special red wine brown sauce or for the highlight of the sauces, the sour spicy cranberry kosho sauce. Not your ordinary sweet cranberry sauce or jam, it comes with a spicy kick instead that will surprise your tastebuds.

Christmas would not be complete without turkey and the Roasted Turkey Breast Roulade (S$68.80) is a perfect choice. The breast is stuffed with gammon ham mousse filling that is cheesy and creamy and served with baby potatoes, assorted vegetables and Japanese chestnuts.
