For their Christmas special, The Hainan Story Chocolate De Beau X’mas Logcake Made with KITKAT®️ (1kg, $68), presents the signature Christmas treat of chocolate sponge cake rolled into the shape of a log, layered with a decadent filling of dark and milk chocolate cream with KITKAT® wafer bits, mascarpone cheese, KITKAT® spread, and chocolate pearls. The final product is then glazed with more dark chocolate icing for a truly indulgent treat deserving of the holidays.

The Hainanese Crackling Crispy Pork Roulade with Vegetables (1kg) is a delectable piece of juicy pork belly that has been marinated in a variety of spices before being further flavoured with garlic and Dijon mustard and stored in a vacuum pack. For a crisp exterior, boil the roulade in a bag for 30minutes before roasting it in the oven at 150°C for 20-25minutes. Plate and serve it with the vegetables and pork jus sauce that comes along with it for a delicious meal.
To add on to the feast, the Buttered Crust Hainanese Mega Curry Chicken Pie (1kg) features a crisp and buttery shortcrust pastry filled with boneless curry chicken cooked in fragrant coconut curry, green peas, and onions. With a spicy kick and savoury touch, simply bake the pie in a preheated oven at 150°C for 20-25 mins and serve while hot.
There’s also a heart- and belly-warming Cream of Truffle Wild Mushroom Soup with Mini Crispy Croissants (1kg + 5pcs) that will hit all the right notes with the sweetness of celery, onion, leek, and mushrooms, as well as the prized earthiness of truffle.
