Suitable for every body type, all shapes and sizes for age 18 and above, SLAP Dance Studio’s in studio, online group and private classes deliver an all-round cardiovascular workout while building strength, flexibility and dance/acro-movement skills in a fun and safe environment.
SLAP’s professionally trained instructors look forward to welcoming you in their classes, which cater to all levels – from absolute beginners to advanced/competitor levels. You don’t need to run away to join the circus anymore to try out your favourite aerial apparatus as they we have launched their HOOP and HAMMOCK courses this 2021 with a BANG!
Come dance and execute multilevel tricks on their newly set up Aerial studio, open for appropriately social distanced and much needed safe in-the-air activities. Aerial dance training is a great way to improve strength, flexibility, stamina, posture and grace.
The private and group courses are great for absolute beginners wanting to try something new and trendy, or for mature performers already out there in the entertainment world, looking to add to their training regime. Many students are greatly surprised by how much they can achieve within one term at SLAP.
All of their sessions cover mounts, dismounts, transitions, poses, in addition, you can choose from a routine based course or a strictly tricks course.
