Food hybridity is pretty common in today’s food culture. We are attracted to new types of food and restaurants and cafes are living up to it. Some hybridity found in food is Tom Yum Pasta, Nasi Lemak Burger and now we have Cruffins.
We all love something different and unique when it comes to food. We are eager to try them out and explore different flavour combinations. At Mr Holmes Bakehouse, you can try their signature cruffins. These are croissants and muffins merged together to create a new type of baked goods.
